These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to all digital properties, architectural consulting assets, and strategic design solutions executed by Linden Concept GmbH ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Architectural & Design Service Scope
Linden Concept GmbH delivers premier architectural design, interior concept curation, urban spatial planning, and strategic project management as formalized under individual Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Client Responsibilities & Asset Access
Clients agree to grant necessary site access, zoning documentation, and structural survey files required for comprehensive concept execution. The client remains solely responsible for the authenticity and regulatory clearance of all provided property documentation and brand guidelines.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Proprietary architectural blueprints, 3D visualization renders, spatial optimization frameworks, and customized design systems developed by Linden Concept GmbH remain the exclusive intellectual property of Linden Concept GmbH. Client trademarks and bespoke commissioned creative deliverables belong to the client upon complete contract fulfillment.
4. Payment Terms & Milestone Billing
Consulting and design retainers are billed in advance of active creative cycles. Third-party vendor fees, material sourcing costs, and regulatory permit levies are managed under established project budget frameworks.
5. Termination of Engagements
Standard service agreements may be terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice. Access to managed project files and conceptual drafts is transferred fully upon settlement of outstanding service balances.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Linden Concept GmbH be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential delays arising from municipal zoning amendments, third-party contractor delays, or environmental shifts beyond direct operational control.
